First stop: Havana

Our first stage takes place in Havana. We do not see the city as a backdrop of scarcity, but as a city of hidden possibilities: talent, history, creativity, resilience, community and future.

On site we visit projects, take part in their activities, conduct interviews and document with photography and video. From this come clear, human and verifiable project profiles — the basis of our portfolio.

Equipo juvenil de voleibol Real Luyano

Girls' volleyball team (ages 11 to 15) from Havana who train with dedication several times a week, with the dream of playing professionally.

The team is held together by its coach Carlos Alberto Leroux Sarduy, a former player and currently an INDER employee, who trains daily for around 12 euros a month — he is the engine of the team.

The basics are missing: balls, knee pads, kit, trainers, water bottles. A concrete material need, where support arrives directly.

The Cuban Resilience Brass

Brass band from Havana making music at a high level despite severe material shortage — resilience turned into sound.

Most urgent need: playable instruments. Donations raised go towards buying instruments and shipping them to Cuba in time.

Next milestone: a national tour of Cuba in January 2027, with two concerts at the Jazz Plaza Festival in Havana.
